RETURNS & POLICIES
Our policy under these circumstances is that if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and your items are faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; you will be entitled to a refund at the purchase price.
If you do not return the item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement product of equal value. Refunds can only be credited using original method of payment.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. You may return your product(s) for a refund if:
The item is unworn
The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
All items including the sunglasses, case, and cloth are returned
The item is returned in its original packaging
